Important Hotel Requirements – SCVA 40th Annual Las Vegas Classic

• The Las Vegas Classic is a Support the Sport - Stay & Play event.

• Each team must maintain a minimum of 6 rooms per night for the duration of the tournament.

  • Rooms must be booked beginning the day prior to play through the final day of play.

• Teams that do not meet this requirement will not be authorized to pick up bag tags and will be ineligible to compete.

• Teams that fall short of the required rooms must pay a $100 penalty per unbooked room per night in order to remain eligible.

  • Penalty must be paid in full before the team’s first match.
