Important Hotel Requirements – SCVA 41st Annual Las Vegas Classic

The Las Vegas Classic is a Support the Sport - Stay & Play event.

Each team must maintain a minimum of 6 rooms per night for the duration of the tournament.

Rooms must be booked beginning the day prior to play through the final day of play.

Opt out Options

Partial opt-out – $100 per unbooked room (not per night)

Full opt-out – $600 per team

Non-compliance penalty – $1,000 per team

Any team that is not compliant 30 days before the event, meaning they have not booked their required rooms or completed an opt-out, will be charged a $1,000 penalty per team in order to compete. This applies no matter how many rooms have been booked for that team. Once the 30-day mark passes, the opt-out is no longer available and only the penalty fee will apply. This same penalty will apply if a previously compliant team drops below the required number of rooms due to late cancellations.Teams must keep their rooms through the end of the tournament.
