The 31st Annual Las Vegas Classic

The cost of this year's event will be $900.00 per team. To enter the event, please enter through Advanced Event Systems at www.advancedeventsystems.com The event will open on AES on November 1st, 2016, and will close as soon as the event is filled. Due to limited court space, the number of teams will be strictly enforced. This year, the SCVA will offer a 16 and under division. Each club will have the ability to enter ONE, and only one, 16 and under team into the division.
The Las Vegas Classic is currently closed due to the number of teams entered. As spots become available teams will be added from the Waitlist. If you would like to be added to the waitlist please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Specify your club name, team name, and desired division (i.e., 18 Open, 18 Club, 17 Open, 17 Club, 16 Club).
The complete event will be uploaded to AES early the week of 02/13/2017.

Desert Oasis High School - 6600 W Erie Ave. Las Vegas, NV (4 courts)

Foothill High School - 800 College Drive, Henderson, NV (4 courts)
Green Valley High School - 460 Arroyo Grande Blvd. Henderson, NV (4 courts)
Sierra Vista High School - 8100 W. Robindale Road, Las Vegas, NV (4 courts)
Silverado High School - 1650 Silver Hawk Ave, Las Vegas, NV (4 courts)
World Market Center Pavilions - 495 South Grand Central Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV(48courts)
Mandatory Check-In for all clubs, will be on Friday, February 17th. Check-in will be at the Cashman Field Center beginning at 2:00PM and closing at 9:00PM. Check-in will reopen on Saturday, February 18th at 6:30AM at the World Market Center only. No check in will be allowed at any other outside playing site. There will be no coaches meeting on Friday night. Any and all changes will be updated on AES. Please note, that the tournament will be paperless and all results will be accessed online through the AES system, or by using one of their apps for smart phones.

General Information for the Event:
Parking is free at the World Market Center
Parking is $15.00 at Cashman Field Center
Parking is free at all of the local high schools.
There is no admission fee at any of the sites for this event.
The World Market Center will have an assortment of Food Trucks throughout the event.
Cashman Field Center will have concessions open.
Coolers must remain outside of any facility during this event.
The SCVA Store with event merchandise will be located in the middle of pavilion 2 at the World Market Center.
